Privacy Policy for StyleSnap

StyleSnap stores your wardrobe records, photos, stickers, wear history, calendar entries, preferences, and reminders on your device. Photos are processed there and are not uploaded to us. This local processing is necessary to perform our contract with you by providing the app.

If you consent, PostHog may collect usage and device information, a random identifier, approximate location, survey responses, and error diagnostics to help us improve StyleSnap. PostHog does not record session replays.

Sentry may also collect error diagnostics. When an error occurs, Sentry may receive a replay of the activity leading up to it. Text, images, and vector graphics are masked on your device before replay data is sent to Sentry.

Optional analytics and diagnostics are off until you consent and can be turned on or off at any time in StyleSnap Settings.

Apple or Google processes payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds. RevenueCat receives a random identifier and purchase, subscription, and device information to validate purchases, restore them, and provide Premium access. We do not receive your payment credentials. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.

We share information only with PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for the purposes described above, or to comply with a legal obligation. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Local information remains until you delete it or uninstall the app, subject to device backups. Our service providers retain information according to their configured periods and legal obligations. They may process it outside your country using adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards where required. Contact us for more information about those safeguards.

StyleSnap is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the applicable minimum age.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You can withdraw analytics consent in StyleSnap Settings.
