Terms of Service for StyleSnap

StyleSnap is provided by Concurrent Space Ltd ("we," "us," and "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16800102.

By downloading or using StyleSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The terms of the store from which you downloaded StyleSnap also apply, including Apple’s Standard EULA where applicable.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use StyleSnap only with permission from a parent or guardian.

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use StyleSnap on devices you own or control.

You must not resell, redistribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to bypass Premium limits in StyleSnap, except where the law permits it. StyleSnap’s software, design, branding, and other intellectual property remain ours or our licensors’.

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you add to StyleSnap. You must have the right to use that content and must not use StyleSnap unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.

Your wardrobe content is stored on your device and may be included in device backups. We do not provide a cloud wardrobe account and cannot restore this content for you. You are responsible for your device and backups. Deleting StyleSnap may delete its locally stored content.

Premium subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account. Deleting StyleSnap does not cancel it. Apple or Google handles payments, cancellations, and refunds under its policies and applicable law. You can restore eligible purchases in the app.

If Premium ends, Premium features may become unavailable. We will not delete your locally stored wardrobe content solely because Premium ends.

Our Privacy Policy explains how StyleSnap and its service providers handle information.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue StyleSnap or any of its features. We do not guarantee that StyleSnap will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or were not caused by us.

You may stop using StyleSnap at any time. We may suspend or end your right to use it if you materially breach these Terms. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

We may update these Terms when StyleSnap or the law changes. We will update the date above and provide any notice required by law. Changes do not affect rights you already have.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings available under your local law.
